Porcelain crown of the day
This patient had an old porcelain crown and was not happy with the esthetics, and came to me for a cosmetic consultation to improve the look of his front tooth. He was unhappy with the “black next to the gums and the square shape” of the crown and wanted me to make him a new better looking crown. I removed his old crown and cleaned up the decay that was under it and made him a beautiful, perfectly matched front porcelain crown.

Cosmetic reconstructive case of the day.
This patient is a 19 year old young man who suffered a seizure and passed out and smashed his face on a concrete sidewalk. He fractured his upper central incisors exposing the nerves. I was able to save the teeth with root canals, buildups, and porcelain crowns. These are the before and after pictures.
Crowns of the day
Here I made 2 porcelain crowns for this patients’ upper lateral incisors. The crowns filled out his smile nicely and look fantastic. Notice how large his upper central incisors looked before and how natural his upper teeth look after.
Here I made 4 porcelain crowns. His teeth are somewhat yellow, so I made the new crowns slightly lighter than the rest of his teeth to brighten up his smile.

Cosmetic smile case of the day
Before, she had broken down old bondings on her two front teeth. I removed them and cleaned up the decay underneath, without the need for root canals, and placed porcelain crowns. I made the new cosmetic crowns longer to touch her lower lip to fill out her smile, and curved the corners giving her a youthful, more feminine, beautiful smile.
