This patient wanted a younger youthful smile for his 60th birthday. So I made him 6 beautiful porcelain crowns for his upper front teeth. This cell-phone video shows me placing the crowns. He was very happy :-)))

I took a 3D digital computer scan of his teeth and gums, and we computer designed his smile beautiful new teeth and 3D printed out his 6 teeth crowns.

This patient wanted me to give him a beautiful white smile. I placed porcelain crowns on his upper front teeth 3 years ago and he returned now to do the lower teeth. Here are the pictures:

This patient came to me wanting me to fix his smile. I did this with 6 porcelain crowns on his upper front teeth. He was very happy with his new smile and now we are working to get his gums in better shape.

Immediate provisional bridge

This patient was very unhappy with her smile and wanted me to help. We discussed different treatment options and what would work best. I took study models, waxed up an ideal smile and made a provisional bridge of the ideal smile. At the treatment appointment I prepped the canines and centrals for the bridge, extracted the lateral incisors and adjusted, fitted and cemented, the provisional bridge. The provisional bridge will stay in place for 3 months while the extraction sites heal. Following healing I will re-prep the teeth and take the final impression for the porcelain bridge.
