This patient had deep decay on her teeth. I extracted her back molars and was able to save this premolar tooth with a pulp cap and a bonded ceramic restoration.

This patient lost his 2 lower central incisors. We placed a bone graft to build up his lower jaw, and I made him an immediate partial denture while he heals. We will place dental implants in 3-4 months.
In this next case I made an upper partial denture to replace 5 upper front teeth.

I got my teeth cleaned today by my hygienist Tina. She did a fantastic job!!! Painless and quick and my mouth feels clean and fresh, and she polished off all my coffee stains.

These photos are of a 30 year old lady with a large cavity in her last upper molar. I was able to save the tooth and restore it with a bonded composite restoration without a root canal in 30 minutes. The procedure was totally painless and she was very pleased and had no discomfort after. The tooth will require a porcelain crown in the future.
