Porcelain crown case of the day
This patient came to me wanting me to fix his smile. I did this with 6 porcelain crowns on his upper front teeth. He was very happy with his new smile and now we are working to get his gums in better shape.
Implants of the day
This patient had 2 teeth that were broken and needed to be extracted. We placed 2 dental implants.
Emergency case of the day
This patient fell and knocked out his front teeth and broke his 30 year old bridge off. I was able to make him a temporary upper partial denture in one day so he didn’t have to miss much work. I will replace the broken metal on his old crown in his mouth with a nice porcelain crown and place dental implants in the future.
Implant bridge case of the day
This patient was super pleased with his new teeth. His 4 upper teeth were broken down and needed to be extracted. We did a bone graft and placed 2 implants. Following healing I made him a 4 unit porcelain bridge cemented over custom abutments. The entire process took about 6 months. During the healing phase he wore a partial denture.
Immediate provisional bridge
This patient was very unhappy with her smile and wanted me to help. We discussed different treatment options and what would work best. I took study models, waxed up an ideal smile and made a provisional bridge of the ideal smile. At the treatment appointment I prepped the canines and centrals for the bridge, extracted the lateral incisors and adjusted, fitted and cemented, the provisional bridge. The provisional bridge will stay in place for 3 months while the extraction sites heal. Following healing I will re-prep the teeth and take the final impression for the porcelain bridge.

This patient had an old porcelain crown and was not happy with the esthetics, and came to me for a cosmetic consultation to improve the look of his front tooth. He was unhappy with the “black next to the gums and the square shape” of the crown and wanted me to make him a new better looking crown. I removed his old crown and cleaned up the decay that was under it and made him a beautiful, perfectly matched front porcelain crown.
