This patient fell and hit his mouth on the sidewalk, cutting his lip and fracturing his upper central incisor tooth. I restored the tooth with a root canal, composite build-up, and porcelain crown. Here are the before and after pictures.
This broken tooth was extracted and I replaced it with a Zimmer Biomet Encode implant. Looks fantastic!!! I was very pleased with the results, and the patient was very happy.
This patient has decay on her molars caused by dry mouth from her medication Spironolactone, which she takes for acne. It clears up her face nicely, but with less saliva to clean off and protect her teeth, cavities form.
This patient hadn’t been to the dentist in 5 years. This upper molar tooth was not sensitive and he had no idea he had any cavities. Here’s the before and after cleaning out the decay and placing a ceramic composite restoration. The procedure took about 30 minutes.
Just by turning off the faucet while you brush your teeth in the morning and before bedtime, you can save up to 8 gallons of water each day! That adds up to 240 gallons a month!!!
This patient I saw today, grinds and clenches his teeth, and as a result he has broken and worn down all his teeth. After discussing options for restoring his lower right quadrant, he elected to have me restore his teeth with a 4 unit fixed bridge. I made 3 teeth with porcelain and did the last molar in metal. Since the last tooth doesn’t show, I did it in metal because there was not much space and if I used porcelain he would fracture the porcelain off with his clenching and grinding. This bridge looks great and is strong and will last.
This patient takes a medicine called atenolol, which is a beta blocker, used to treat high blood pressure. It’s great at lowering blood pressure, but also causes dry mouth. She also loves to eat Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. The decreased saliva and frequent consumption of sugar caused these teeth to decay and the cavities to form. I was able to remove the decay and restore the teeth with ceramic cosmetic fillings. These before and after pictures were taken 15 minutes apart. Looks great!!!
This patient came to me to restore her missing lower first molar with a dental implant. The new implant tooth fits perfectly and looks better than her teeth on either side.
