This patient presented with a broken off upper bicuspid tooth. The tooth was non-restorable, so we extracted the remaining root and placed a dental implant.

I scan digital impressions of teeth, computer design the crowns, create an STL file, and 3D print out porcelain/zirconia crowns with a CAD-CAM milling machine, that fit perfectly and look beautiful.

This patient presented with a broken off upper right canine tooth. We extracted the remaining tooth root, placed an immediate titanium implant and restored with a zirconium abutment and porcelain crown. Very nice lady, fun case with beautiful results :-)))

This patient presented with severe pain to biting and cold on his upper right first premolar tooth. CT scan confirmed fracture and angular bone loss. Tooth non-restorable-extracted and implant placed. New computer designed 3D printed tooth looks great and he can eat again on the right side.

This patient presented with a broken off upper right bicuspid tooth. The tooth was extracted and implant placed. Following healing I delivered a beautiful computer designed-3D printed, screw retained zirconia/titanium implant abutment and crown- awesome!!!

Dental Implant Bridge Case of the Day

For this implant bridge case I digitally scanned in the impression of his teeth, implant abutments, and bite. Then computer designed and 3D printed out the bridge. Then screwed it into his mouth. Turned out perfect and the patient was very pleased :-)))

Here are the clinical photos and computer design scans of a lower first molar dental implant case I finished up today. The implant crown looks great and fits perfectly, and she is happy to be able to chew on the left side of her mouth once again :-)))
