This patient came to me to restore her missing lower first molar with a dental implant. The new implant tooth fits perfectly and looks better than her teeth on either side.

Dental implant bridge case of the day
Nice note I received from this wonderful patient :-)))
I consider myself very lucky to have found such an outstanding dental professional.
Over the years he has done some truly amazing work for both my husband and me. He filled, he fixed, he patched, repaired and replaced, while employing the latest innovations in dentistry. All this with a cheerful, kind attitude that would put the most anxious person at ease. Not just best in his field, but BEST ALL AROUND! You can not imagine just how wonderful my new teeth feel! The fit is simply perfect!! My whole outlook has changed and I feel like a new person. Thank you, thank you! I could not be happier!!!
We have the highest regard for Dr. Philip Gentry and recommend him without reservation.

partial dentures- examples
This patient lost his 2 lower central incisors. We placed a bone graft to build up his lower jaw, and I made him an immediate partial denture while he heals. We will place dental implants in 3-4 months.
In this next case I made an upper partial denture to replace 5 upper front teeth.
For this patient I made a partial denture to replace her lower molars

Bone grafts of the week
Following the removal of a tooth, there is a large hole left in the extraction site. The area resorbs and collapses. In order to preserve the extraction socket, dentists place a bone graft. This is very important especially when an implant will be placed. In these photos I demonstrate the placement of a bone graft and collagen membrane following a surgical extraction.

A patient I made very happy and a very rewarding case for me.
This is why I became a dentist! To help people look and feel better. When I first saw her, she would never smile because she was embarrassed and uncomfortable with the way her teeth looked. She told me she just wanted to be happy and smile again. After I finisher her treatment you can see how wonderful, confident, and happy she looks. This is why I love being a dentist and why I go to work every day!!!
Dear Dr. Gentry, Thank you very much for fixing my teeth. You are the best dentist! You have made me able to smile again, and make me feel so good with my beautiful new teeth.
Sincerely, Marcella Giovannetti
