Insurance and Payment

Dental insurance can be confusing and we are here to help. Karla, our insurance expert, has been working with us for 25 years. She is here to answer your insurance and payment questions and to make your entire dental experience a pleasant and totally painless one.

We are an in-network provider with several of the better PPO dental plans and are happy to see you even if we are out-of-network with your plan. We will gladly electronically file your dental claim forms and help you maximize your insurance and employer FSA benefits. We do ask that you pay your deductible and non-covered portion at the time of your visit.

For more extensive treatment, we can submit a pre-estimate to your insurance company to obtain prior approval and payment information so you will know exactly how much the treatment will cost and what your portion will be before starting.

If you would like to use dental insurance, please be sure to email your insurance card (both sides) to us at dentist1831@gmail.com prior to your appointment. In addition, please email your x-rays and records from your previous dentist to us for the doctors to review.

Many of our patients do not have dental insurance and we would be happy to work with you and may even be able to offer you a discount. We always discuss all treatment options and fees before starting treatment so that you can make the best choice for you, your smile, and family budget.
